I visited this resort mainly for the hot spring and pool. The hot spring was pleasant and a good deal at 100 baht for entry, but the resort itself felt neglected and dated. The swimming pool was cool and had a scenic view of the river, although the overall cleanliness was lacking. I could see the potential here with some much-needed care. The experience was quiet, but it definitely needs improvements.

Rooms

The overall feel of the resort is old and run down. The bathrooms could use a serious upgrade to match the expectations from the website pictures.
Service
5.0
The staff seemed indifferent and were unhelpful when I asked for assistance. It felt like they were more focused on just pointing the way instead of offering real help.
Location
7.0
The location has beautiful scenic views with the river and surrounding fields, making it peaceful, but it's not easily accessible for dining options.
Dining
5.0
The restaurant was closed during my visit, and there were no nearby food options found, which was quite frustrating.
Facilities

The hot spring was nice, but the pool also needed better maintenance and cleanliness. No shade around the sunbeds made relaxing difficult.

I had a mixed experience at this resort. The hot springs were a nice feature and quite relaxing, but the overall maintenance of the property is lacking, which detracts from its potential. Service was hit or miss, and it felt like there were some serious issues with the facilities and staff attitude that need to be addressed.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were clean and spacious, with a lovely balcony that offered great views of the mountains. The private outdoor hot tub was a highlight, allowing for some amazing, relaxing baths right on the balcony.
Service
5.0
The service varied; some staff were friendly and eager to help, while others were quite rude when I inquired about things like pool towels. That really put a damper on my experience.
Location
7.0
The resort is set in a beautiful area with picturesque mountain views, although it is a short drive from Pai and the shuttle service comes back early, which is not ideal if you want to explore.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were quite limited, and when the restaurant was closed, it left us without many choices nearby. Food freshness was also a concern as it seemed they didn't restock frequently enough.
Facilities
5.0
The hot springs and pool area had potential, but everything felt a bit worn down. More attention to maintenance and cleanliness would greatly improve the experience.

I had a mixed experience at the resort. The location offers beautiful paths and nice views, but the facilities are outdated and in need of maintenance. The hot springs were enjoyable, but the service left much to be desired. It's a good spot for a quiet day visit, but I wouldn't recommend staying overnight without improvements.

My room felt old and overlooked, with dirty doors and a musty smell. However, I did enjoy the private outdoor hot tub, which was a nice feature.

This resort has some beautiful hot springs and a large pool, but unfortunately, it is in desperate need of maintenance and care. The hot spring experience was good, but the overall upkeep of the place left much to be desired. Service was lacking, and various amenities were unavailable during my visit, making it a disappointing stay overall.

The resort offers a relaxing hot spring bath that's complimentary for guests, which I thoroughly enjoyed. However, the overall appearance of the facilities is quite run down and could use some improvements. My room was decent and clean, but not luxurious, and the nearby areas are in need of TLC. Overall, for the price, it was a fair deal, though the resort's condition holds it back from being excellent.

Rooms

My double room was clean and comfortable, but nothing luxurious. It served its purpose well for a good night's sleep after enjoying the hot spring bath.
Service
5.0
I didn't encounter many staff during my stay, which made check-in a bit challenging. It felt understaffed, especially given the walk to the villa.
Location

The resort is set in a picturesque area along the river, surrounded by beautiful rice fields and mountains. However, the pathway leading to the villa is quite dark and hard to navigate at night.
Dining
7.0
I didn't dine at the resort, but I heard from other guests that the breakfast options were decent, with a mix of choices. I wish I had tried them out!
Facilities

The hot spring bath was the highlight, but many of the other facilities felt dated and unkempt. The pool had great views but needed better maintenance.
